In plain words: you pay once for TableJack Pro. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Once activated, the copy you install is yours to keep using — it keeps working offline and we won't switch it off. What we can't promise forever is future updates, continued availability in the Chrome Web Store, or support.
TableJack is made by [YOUR LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY], [YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [CONTACT@EXAMPLE.COM].
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record. That means they are the seller for the purposes of your transaction and handle billing, tax and invoicing. Their terms apply to the payment itself alongside these terms, and the charge on your statement will show their name.
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the paid features of the TableJack browser extension. The price is USD $5.99, charged once.
This is not a subscription. Nothing recurs, nothing auto-renews, and you will not be charged again. There is no trial that converts into a payment.
The free tier of TableJack remains free and is not covered by these terms beyond sections 6 and 7.
Your licence is perpetual for the version supplied to you. There is no expiry date and nothing to renew.
Activating Pro requires a one-time check with Dodo Payments to confirm your key is genuine. After that, TableJack works offline. If that service were ever unavailable, an already-activated copy keeps working — we have deliberately built it to carry on rather than lock you out when it cannot reach the network.
What is not perpetual is everything that depends on us continuing to operate. We do not guarantee, beyond the lifetime of the product:
If we discontinue TableJack, we will where reasonably possible give notice on this website, and your installed copy remains yours to use. Discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund period in section 6, and does not stop your existing installation working.
Your purchase entitles one person to use TableJack Pro. You may install it on the browsers and computers you personally use.
Your licence may be activated on a limited number of devices. Please do not publish, resell or share your key — each key is tied to the order it came from, and a key found in circulation can be disabled.
If you lose your key, email us with your order reference and we will re-send it, for as long as we are operating.
We may stop selling TableJack, stop issuing new licences, stop releasing updates, or withdraw it from the Chrome Web Store or any other store, at any time and without notice. Section 3 explains what that does and does not affect for licences already issued.
We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms — for example by reselling or publishing your licence key, redistributing modified copies of the extension, or using TableJack unlawfully. If we do, you must stop using the paid features. You may continue to use the free tier.
To be straightforward about the mechanics: we can disable a licence key at our payment provider, which stops it being activated on any further devices. We cannot remotely disable a copy already activated on your computer, and we have deliberately not built the ability to. In practice this clause matters only in the rare case of someone redistributing keys commercially.
You may stop using TableJack at any time. Removing the extension also removes the licence key stored on your device.
Email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you may carry on using the free tier.
Where the law gives you longer, the law wins. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. That right takes precedence over our 7-day policy wherever it applies, and nothing here reduces it. It may not apply if, at checkout, you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that doing so ended it — our 7-day policy then still applies.
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. As merchant of record they are the seller for your transaction, so their own refund policy applies alongside ours and they may grant a refund independently of us.
The tables you extract never leave your computer. TableJack has no analytics and no telemetry, and stores nothing about you except on your own device. The single exception is licence activation: if you buy Pro, TableJack contacts Dodo Payments once to confirm your key is genuine, sending only the key and a device label — never page content. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for how you use the data you extract. TableJack reads tables from pages you are already viewing; whether you are permitted to copy, store or republish the contents of a particular website is between you and that website, and you should check its terms before extracting at scale.
TableJack is provided “as is”. We have tested it extensively, but we cannot promise it will read every table on every website correctly, or that it will be free of defects. Some tables — those drawn on a canvas, rendered as images, or inside frames your browser blocks — cannot be read at all, and the listing says so.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with TableJack is limited to the amount you paid us, which is $5.99. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from exported data that turned out to be incomplete. Always check exported data before relying on it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones published on the day you bought your licence, and we will not change the terms of a purchase you have already made. Updated versions appear here with a new date.
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
Questions about these terms, refunds or a lost key: [CONTACT@EXAMPLE.COM]. We aim to reply within a few working days.
